spread over 4 days
There are a number of curriculum based projects with hundreds of learning objectives which are age appropriate.

Advanced modules for children
aged 13+ in Programming (Visual Basic), Web Page Design
(Frontpage 2000) and Advanced
Graphics (Corel).
 

CHILDREN'S WEEKLY
CLASSES
(Ages 4 to 16)
University of Cambridge (Local Examinations Syndicate) ICT Awards for Children aged 8+ and 11+.
An exciting new certificate specifically designed for children to show proficiency in ICT and to add to their portfolio of achievements.
Modules covered 8+ : Using Graphics & Text, Introduction to Spreadsheets, Introduction to Databases, Introduction to Control, Processing Information, Introduction to Email, Exploring Multimedia, Exploring Spreadsheets, Exploring Databases, Developing Images.
Modules covered 11+ : Multimedia Authoring, Spreadsheet Design, Database Design, Internet, Presentation Graphics, Networks, Spreadsheets for a purpose, Databases for a purpose, Email, Web Site Design.

For children under 8 years of age we run our regular curriculum classes without the assessment (University of Cambridge Awards) so that children can get comfortable with the use of ICT.

Fees
Registration Fee: £15 for whole family
£165 per term (3 Months) - for Non-Assessed Option (5 to 11yrs)
£175 per term (3 Months) - Platinum Plus (Technology Essentials 13 yrs+)
£185 per term (3 Months) - University of Cambridge ICT Awards*

*Fees include Lessons, Assessment lessons and Certificate

 
Adult Classes
£50 for a 15 hour Introductory Computer Course (normal cost £250)
Introduction to Computing 1
(Windows, Wordprocessing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Email/Internet)
Introduction to Computing 2
(Spreadsheets, Databases, Desktop Publishing, Email/Internet)

The above courses can be taken via The Individual Learning Account Scheme whereby the individual obtains 80% discount on the £250 payment, hence paying just £50.
